Program Summary:  

This series is designed to strengthen the hiring process through review of PageUp system best practices. Learn about job postings, search committee duties, and PageUp system requirements for hiring. 

Key Outcomes: 

  • Get practical insights to enhance your department's hiring process. 
  • Work closely with the division of Human Resources by identifying the correct contact for assistance. 
  • Get ready for your next job posting by following all policies and procedures. 

Here is our schedule of events: 

April 7th – Overview of Search Committees - Jeff Cumberland, Director of Talent Acquisition

  • Define the purpose and role of a search committee within the recruitment and selection process. 
  • Identify and explain the responsibilities and eligibility requirements for each search committee member.
