This course explores best practices for building and sustaining effective cross-disciplinary collaborations in research settings. Participants will examine the primary benefits of engaging with scholars in complementary fields and learn key methods for identifying potential collaborators. The course also presents conflict resolution strategies tailored to interdisciplinary teams and offers a practical framework for how to adapt to new disciplinary contexts.
