This course provides a detailed framework for writing effective Introduction sections for peer-reviewed journal article manuscripts. Learners will explore how to structure their Introduction, how to incorporate an effective literature review, and how these sections differ between primary and secondary studies. The course also covers how to strategically select citations and determine the ideal length for an Introduction section. Finally, participants will also learn to avoid common mistakes made when writing Introduction sections.
