This course provides doctoral students with a step-by-step guide to writing a strong and well-structured dissertation proposal. Participants will explore the key objectives of the proposal within the graduate school process and learn to apply proper formatting and stylistic conventions. The course breaks down the five core components of an effective dissertation proposal, offering clear instructions and exemplars for each. Participants will also learn to prepare essential supplementary materials, complete pre-submission tasks, and successfully defend their dissertation proposal.
