Description:

This highly interactive and thought-provoking workshop will expand the participant's understanding of conflict and is also designed to empower the participants to learn to respond to conflict with strength, clarity, and compassion as opposed to reacting to it with fear, avoidance, or aggression.  This workshop will also introduce the participants to practical applications of compassionate communications so that participants can respond to challenging interactions in the ways which are both transformative and restorative.
