Description:
Learn the basics of Grackle, a powerful accessibility remediation tool designed to help create more inclusive digital documents. In this introductory session, participants will explore how Grackle integrates with Google Workspace to identify and address common accessibility issues in Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides. The session will cover core accessibility concepts, demonstrate key features and workflows, and provide practical strategies for improving document usability for all learners. No prior accessibility experience is required.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify common digital accessibility issues in Google Workspace documents using Grackle.
Apply basic Grackle tools and workflows to improve the accessibility of Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
