Description:
Discover how to use the built-in Accessibility Checker tools in Microsoft 365 to create more inclusive and accessible digital content. In this introductory session, participants will learn how to identify and resolve common accessibility issues in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents using Microsoft’s integrated accessibility features. The session will also introduce core accessibility principles and provide practical strategies for improving the usability of course materials and workplace documents for all audiences.
By the end of this workshop, participants will be able to:
Identify common accessibility issues in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel using the Microsoft 365 Accessibility Checker.
Apply Accessibility Checker recommendations and built-in accessibility features to improve the usability of digital documents and presentations.
