Description:

WCAG 2.1 added a fresh set of accessibility requirements aimed at making the web work better for people using mobile devices, touchscreens, zoom, alternative input methods, and a wide range of cognitive and visual access strategies. In this fast-paced workshop, we’ll take a practical tour of the WCAG 2.1 Level A and AA success criteria added after WCAG 2.0, translating standards-speak into real-world examples developers, designers, and content professionals can actually use. Participants will learn what changed, why it matters, how these criteria show up in everyday websites and applications, and what to look for when building, reviewing, or fixing digital experiences.
