Description:

Do you use slides for conference presentations or for class lectures? Making slides inclusive and welcoming goes far beyond the words you say. In this course, participants will learn how to create presentations that are accessible to a diverse audience. In particular, we will cover making content that supports people with disabilities and their assistive technologies. Using these techniques also increases your ability to support a broad range of audience needs. Key skills to be covered are: using master layouts, slide titles, using content layout boxes, describing images, and meaningful links.
