Description:
Documents are the core piece of our communication, teaching, and scholarship. In this course, participants will learn how to create Google documents that are accessible to a diverse audience. In particular, we will cover making content that supports people with disabilities and their assistive technologies. Using these techniques also increases your ability to support a broad range of audience needs. Key skills to be covered are: using structured headings, using built-in layout features, image descriptions, converting to accessible PDF, and using the Grackle accessibility checker.
