Struggling with LaTeX? Writing an article for submission to a professional journal? Collaborating with peers? OverLeaf can help! In this course, participants will be introduced to the OverLeaf platform. Participants will practice working with the OverLeaf system for authoring and collaborating in a LaTeX environment. We'll focus our efforts on getting familiar with the core functionality of the system including logging in to your Virginia Tech OverLeaf account. We'll look at how to use predefined templates. We'll also offer resources for learning more about LaTeX.

At the end of the session attendees will be able to:
- Get their own Overleaf account through the VT Overleaf membership
- Navigate the user interface
- Access the template library
- Use a template to create a document
- Share their Overleaf projects with others
