Engaging students in collaborative work is challenging in any classroom environment but even more so in an online class. This session will provide an overview of the strategies and tools for establishing, managing and assessing group work in an online course.
At the end of the workshop, the participant will be able to:

Discuss the challenges, advantages to including group work in online courses
Determine the opportunities for incorporating group work in your online course.
