Every moment in teaching and learning is driven by the decisions we make.  Decisions made about course design will impact course delivery.  Likewise, decisions made in the moment of delivery can be critical to student learning and desired course outcomes.  This semester long engagement, will draw on the expertise and participation of the attendees.  Using the book "How Learning Works: 7 Research-based Principles for Smart Teaching" as a catalyst for discussion, faculty will explore strategies to make data-informed decisions to improve student success.  Participants will receive a free copy of the book.
