Description:
The Community Resiliency Model (CRM)® teaches six wellness skills to help people regulate their nervous systems and restore balance—empowering them to support themselves and share the skills with others in their community.
Course Objectives:
Learn about how your nervous system responds to your environment and how practicing awareness of sensation can help you to make level-headed choices rooted in intention. This training session incorporates more in-depth information about CRM and offers ample opportunity for practice of the six skills to provide attendees with competence to practice CRM as a way to educate, co-regulate, and empower others experiencing stress or activation.
