Description:
The project goal is to cultivate science communicator identities within a cross-disciplinary consortium of agricultural scientists through research and training. It merges three research areas: agricultural and life sciences communication, leadership identity development, and performance-based approaches to science communication training. The project has been funded by the Susan E. Duncan Innovation in Agriculture SEAD Grant Program, which is a collaboration between ICAT, CAIA, and VT-ARC.
