Learn how you can use these tools, Mindfulness, Meditation and Movement, to take our Principles of Community From Words to Action. Begin your day learning more about mindfulness, how meditation practice builds mindfulness, and participate in chair yoga from the comfort of your office as another way to practice mindfulness. Please wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement.
