Description:

Many people recognize that change can be graded on a continuum of adaption (evolution) to innovation (revolution). What many people don't know is that we each have a preference for solving problems (which brings change), which can be measured and placed on this continuum. We are each either more adaptive (structured in our thinking) or more innovative (unstructured in our thinking). Recognizing this difference can help us predict team dynamics and outcomes desired by the team. Come to this workshop to learn how you prefer to solve problems and how to best work wtih those who don't think like you.
