Take 30 minutes as your day winds down to participate in Guided Meditation. Build your mindfulness skills with this practice and take our Principles of Community From Words to Action. You may even find that you have relieved some stress and anxiety as well. If late to the program, please be sure to be muted so meditation is not interrupted.
