Description:
Ever wonder why is it that some people start making progress in changing their behavior but then it never becomes a habit? Why do some of us deal better with change while some of us struggle? What’s the formula or secret for creating lasting change within ourselves?
The answer is found in our brain and habits.
This final session on transforming conflict will focus on habits and what we can do to break bad habits and develop habits that will help us better manage conflict and create more civility in the workplace.
