Description:
This hands-on workshop introduces participants to Open OnDemand, a powerful web-based interface for accessing Virginia Tech’s ARC resources. Open OnDemand is a friendly interface for users that are new to ARC and HPC computing. It also provides a graphical user interface for applications that otherwise could not be used in a traditional, command line HPC environment.
Course Objectives:
Attendees will learn how to log in, navigate the Open OnDemand dashboard, manage files, and launch interactive applications on the HPC system, all through a user-friendly web portal.
