Are you interested in using the Reporting function of ServiceNow to get a better insight about your business operation and/or make data-driven decisions? Please join the IT Experience and Engagement training team for a 90-minutes workshop on ServiceNow Reporting Basics. We have limited seats, so please make sure to register early. All participants are required to finish a pre-workshop self-paced online module, which takes about one hour to accomplish, before attending the face-to-face workshop so that they are equipped with basic knowledge and skills required for this workshop, including the ServiceNow interface and navigation, basic terminologies, and the chart categories and types. The required pre-workshop module will be available one week before the workshop day. Due to the workshop format, the registration will be closed at 5 PM on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 so that you will have enough time to finish the required pre-workshop assignments.

Upon completion of this workshop, participants will be able to:

1.    Describe what ServiceNow reporting is about

2.     Select an appropriate report type based on needs

3.    Explain steps involved in ServiceNow reporting

4.    Choose the right choices for each ServiceNow reporting step

5.    Create a ServiceNow report

6.    Publish and export a ServiceNow report and share with the desired person or groups

7.    Name some best practices in using ServiceNow reporting function
