Description:

This workshop provides an in-depth exploration of the principles, techniques, and frameworks essential for effective visualization across diverse domains. It should show how the human vision system and visual perception influence the design and interpretation of visual representations. The course covers core topics in scientific, information, and conceptual visualization, offering insights into the creation of clear and impactful visualizations for complex data and ideas. Attendees will also explore the use of virtual environments to enhance visualization experiences and evaluate various perspectives on visualization design and application. Also, we will explore visualization taxonomy and data types. By the end of the workshop, Attendees will have the knowledge to create compelling visualizations that effectively communicate insights and foster understanding across scientific, technical, and conceptual contexts.
