Description:
This capstone workshop brings together the most important concepts, tools, and best practices covered throughout the ARC workshop series. Participants will gain a consolidated understanding of how to develop, run, monitor, and optimize research workflows on ARC systems efficiently and reproducibly. Designed for both new and experienced ARC users, this session highlights key takeaways from each topic, ranging from secure remote access and Slurm job submission to parallel computing strategies, data transfer tools, and resource monitoring. By the end of the session, attendees will have a cohesive view of how to integrate these components into their own research computing workflows and make the most effective use of ARC resources.
Prerequisites:
Have an ARC account
Preferred: Attended one or more previous ARC workshops, or have basic familiarity with ARC systems, Slurm, and remote development
