Definition:
Scopus is a large abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, with bibliometrics tools to track, analyze and visualize research. In this workshop, you will learn how to setup an account with Scopus, save searches, claim your Scopus Author Profile, link your Scopus Author Profile to your ORCID iD, effectively search in the database by author, documents, institutions (affiliation) and more; refine your results, compare journals, create alerts, download data for analysis, and review and evaluate the bibliometrics and altmetrics associated with authors and documents.

Attendees will be able to:
More efficiently search within Scopus
Track their own research impact in the database
Track research impact to other authors and documents
Download data from search results
Save searches, and feel more comfortable navigating the database for analyzing and visualizing research
