Description:
Research that involves personnel, resources, or information from another institution may require additional training or review. This is because each institution may be subject to different regulatory requirements and the institutions may also have different review processes and criteria for approval. Carilion Clinic is one of Virginia Tech’s closest research partners. During this webinar representatives from Virginia Tech’s Human Research Protection Program will be joined by representatives from the Carilion Clinic Human Research Protections Office to discuss the process and requirements for conducting research that involves both Carilion Clinic and Virginia Tech.
