Full course description
This workshop will walk you through the meeting process from the planning phase to the follow-up phase from the facilitator's perspective. This includes planning and developing a meeting agenda, scheduling a Zoom meeting, facilitating the meeting discussion, and following up after the meeting. Along the way, technical guidance will help you set up Zoom meetings and show you how to utilize several of the key features that can help facilitate attendee engagement. This workshop is intended for anyone such as non-instructional faculty, staff, and administrators who facilitate online and/or hybrid meetings.
This workshop begins on July 5th and contains 3 short lessons and a quick, live demonstration activity that participants will need to complete in order to receive a badge. You will have two weeks from the start of the course to complete the training.
