Instructor: Kim Filer
From our experiences as graduate students and faculty members, we often become well-versed in the research process within our disciplines. However, there are opportunities to conduct and share research on the teaching and learning that occurs in our classrooms. During the workshop participants will (1) refine teaching and learning research questions, (2) establish the data structures needed to answer the questions, (3) identify appropriate statistical tests to answer the research questions with the teaching and learning data available. This workshop will be most useful for graduate students and faculty members with teaching and learning research questions in mind.
