Grading is often a source of concern for faculty. Questions arise regarding structure (e.g., Should I use points or percentages?) and logistics (e.g., Should I provide a rubric?). This panel discussion will serve as a forum for faculty to share the different strategies they use for structuring grades in their courses and how they communicate grading to their students. Participants can ask questions to the panel regarding the advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of their strategies, and then use that information to think through their own grading challenges/questions.
