Description:
The Course Design Clinic has been developed to provide you with focused support as you are planning for a new course or revising an existing course. During this session, you will be guided through several stages of course design through Zoom sessions with keynote speakers, discussion groups, customized consultations, and our Canvas site. The clinic will also include topics of student engagement, building community, and what's new in technology.
The Course Design Clinic - Summer Series will be a comprehensive look at course design. The event will begin with a full-day session covering the basics of course design and exploring ways to make student learning at the center of the course design decisions. Optional, add-on sessions will be available throughout the week and will cover an expansion of some of the topics presented during the full-day session. The add-on sessions are designed for you to pick and choose sessions that are most helpful and relevant to your course design needs.
Additional session dates and times are as follows:
Add on session 1: Communication with Students with guest Dean of Students, Byron Hughes Tuesday, May 18: 3-4:30 pm
