Description:
"How Learning Works: 8 Research-Based Principles for Smart Teaching
Join faculty across Virginia Tech’s campuses as we explore and discuss common teaching and learning challenges in a variety of contexts. Led by Virginia Tech faculty, Jodie Brinkmann, participants will discuss the process for practically incorporating the latest research into their teaching; explore effective, engaging, and relevant strategies for addressing teaching and learning challenges; and have opportunities to apply strategies this semester.
All meetings will be held virtually via Zoom and instructions for obtaining a free e-version of the book will be communicated following registration.
