Description:
Getting Students to talk and engage during class time is often a source of concern for faculty. This panel discussion will serve as a forum for faculty to share the different strategies they use for starting, structuring, and guiding students' discourse and engagement in courses. Participants can ask questions to the panel regarding the advantages, disadvantages, and challenges of their strategies, and then use that information to think through engagement challenges/questions for their courses
