Description:

Join us to learn about ways to effectively create and implement projects with a focus on global learning in your course - on campus or abroad! Workshop facilitators from the Global Education Office and the Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning will discuss designing course-based projects through the lenses of project-based learning and intercultural learning. The facilitators will also share examples of how global projects can be implemented both at home (i.e., collaborative online international learning - or COIL - projects) or abroad (i.e., short-term or full-semester study abroad projects). Our goal is for attendees to leave the workshop with a design plan/draft for a global project for one of their courses.
