Description:
Intended for Pamplin instructional faculty and PhD students. This session helps faculty scale grading and feedback while maintaining equity and rigor by applying Universal Design for Learning (UDL) principles and leveraging AI-supported workflows responsibly.
Apply UDL-based assessment practices to improve clarity, equity, and consistency in evaluation.
Build scalable grading workflows (rubrics, exemplars, feedback banks) for both small and large classes.
Identify responsible AI-supported strategies to streamline feedback while protecting student trust and instructional integrity.
