First generation students have unique experiences and perspectives that may be overlooked in the traditional classroom. There are many strategies that faculty can employ to help their first generation students find success. Implementing small changes in pedagogy and practice can help make all students successful. Come hear student perspectives on learning and learn from shared experiences.
