Full course description
Term: Spring 2020
Date: January 14th, 2020
Time: 9:00am - 11:00am
Location: Torgersen 1100
Instructors: Jessi King & Laura Lawson
Presented By: Office of Sponsored Programs
Description:
In the 2020 proposed Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG), NSF has added a new regulation regarding biographical sketches for NSF proposals. They are requiring the biographical sketches to be created by “an NSF-approved format.” NSF will only accept biographical sketch PDFs that are generated through use of an NSF-approved format. SciENcv is an online portal that will create an approved NSF biographical sketch. This portal can be used to create biographical sketches that are NSF and also NIH compliant. Faculty should bring a copy of their current CV to the course, so they can use it to begin their biographical sketch in SciENcv.
