Description:

Have you completed an ANOVA and found overall statistically significant results, but are not quite sure how to determine exactly which levels of your categorical predictor have different means? Are you interested in comparing to a control? If so, then performing a multiple comparison test may be appropriate. In the SAIG Short Course Multiple Comparisons in R, we will introduce different types of multiple comparison procedures and cover when and how to best apply them. The following topics will be covered:
• ANOVA review
• Error types
• Tukey's HSD
• Fisher's LSD
• Bonferroni method
• Dunnett's method
