This online, self-paced course, Creating an Inclusive Workplace.1, is for anyone who manages a program or facility with supervisory responsibilities.  The purpose of the course is to recommend strategies and best practices for creating workplaces that are welcoming, affirming, safe, and accessible.

This course includes four modules:

1. The role of supervisors in advancing an inclusive workplace.

2. Practices for reducing implicit bias in workplace processes.

3. Having difficult conversations.

4. Celebrating employee differences, specifically around religious diversity in the workplace.

For each module you will view an InclusiveVT Insight video on the topic, contribute to a reflection activity on a discussion board, and complete an exit quiz. After completing each of the requirements for the module, you are awarded a progress badge. After completing all four of the modules, you are awarded the Inclusive Workplace badge, which is viable for two years.
