Continuous improvement is a key committed for members of the Virginia Tech community involved in designing and facilitating professional learning for faculty and staff. To ensure the quality and consistency of the professional development that is offered through NLI, instructors who plan to lead NLI sessions are asked to participate in a certificate program. Participants will engage in professional learning designed to improve the way we design and deliver professional learning.
