The annual Summer Institute faculty professional development event is hosted by the Undergraduate Education office and gathers educators from three programs:  

Inclusive Excellence grant from the Howard Hughes Medical Institute
Pathways to General Education
First Year Experiences

Participants at the 2021 Summer Institute will engage with student perspectives, identities, sense of belonging, and day-to-day experience in this turbulent and challenging time. With help from campus partners, expert keynote speakers, and our student voices, attendees will explore how to support student success at the individual, course, program, and university levels, while also attending to their own growth and wellness.
